1/01/2008 Regional Sales Manager
Racine Federated, Inc is a growing manufacturer of flow measurement instruments. We have an immediate need for two experienced, highly motivated technical sales professionals for our Central and Mountain sales regions. A successful candidate is responsible for implementing a sales plan to achieve annual sales goals, develop and maintain relationships with representatives, distributors and OEM customers, perform forecasting activities, conduct product demonstrations, provide product training, deliver sales presentations, and negotiate and prepare sales quotes. Extensive travel is required.
Candidate must reside in or relocate to the sales region, have a BS/BA or ME/EE Degree with a minimum of 5 years of sales management experience. Experience in flow measurement, industrial automation, process controls, fluid power or related industries is preferred.

2/19/2008 Mechanical Project Engineer
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our differential pressure design department, where the primary responsibilities will be assisting the Sales department with quotation preparation, product design and project management. The position promises a variety of design work ranging from custom pressure vessel fabrications to standard products produced in moderate volumes.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in ASME pressure vessel design, a BSME and solid model CAD. Experience in the areas of NDE, welding procedures and FEA are desirable.
